Legal Internship Opportunity at Law Jurist (September 2024)

About the Internship:

Law Jurist is offering an enriching virtual internship experience for law students in September 2024. This internship provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the core activities of the organization, from conducting in-depth legal research to contributing to the development of a comprehensive database of case law. Interns will also have the chance to write articles and blogs on various legal and socio-legal topics, gaining valuable exposure and enhancing their legal writing and research skills.


Eligibility:

- Open to students enrolled in any year of the BA.LLB or LLB program.

- Candidates should demonstrate a passion for learning, strong research and analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to discipline.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on various laws and socio-legal aspects, and prepare case notes.

- Write articles and blogs on a range of legal and socio-legal topics on a weekly basis.

- Assist in building and maintaining a database of case laws.

- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Internship Committee.

- All work will be conducted virtually, with communication handled primarily through email.


Duration:

This internship is for the month of September 2024, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and organizational needs.
