About the Internship:

LegalPay is seeking enthusiastic legal interns to join the Legal and Risk Underwriting Team at their Gurugram office. This on-site internship offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the legal team, assisting in the preparation and drafting of various legal documents, conducting legal research, and supporting other departments as needed. The role also involves maintaining data records and communicating with clients.


Eligibility:

- Currently pursuing LLB or LLM.

- Knowledge of legal frameworks including the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Companies Act, Contracts Act, Civil Procedure Code, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, etc.

- Strong writing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.

- Fluent in English with good drafting abilities.

- Candidates available for immediate joining.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assisting the legal team in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.

- Conducting legal research on various matters.

- Supporting the legal team in day-to-day activities.

- Assisting other departments when needed.

- Maintaining accurate data records.

- Communicating with clients.


Duration:

2-3 months
