About the Internship:

They are excited to offer a paid internship opportunity for an aspiring Legal Intern to join our team. This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience in the field of venture capital and startup investments, with a focus on legal aspects. It offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience and deepen your understanding of the legal intricacies involved in venture capital transactions and operations.

Eligibility:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Law.
A strong interest in corporate law, venture capital, and start-up ecosystems.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous internship experience in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including investment agreements, term sheets, and contracts.
Conduct legal research related to venture capital, startups, and corporate law.
Support the legal team in due diligence processes.
Attend meetings and assist in the preparation of legal and investment analysis.
Work closely with other departments to understand the legal implications of venture capital operations.

Duration:

The internship duration will be 3 to 6 months, starting from the date of joining.
