About the Internship:

They are excited to offer a paid internship opportunity for an aspiring Legal Intern to join our team. This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience in the field of venture capital and startup investments, with a focus on legal aspects. It offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience and deepen your understanding of the legal intricacies involved in venture capital transactions and operations.

Eligibility:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Law.

• A strong interest in corporate law, venture capital, and start-up ecosystems.

• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous internship experience in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including investment agreements, term sheets, and contracts.

• Conduct legal research related to venture capital, startups, and corporate law.

• Support the legal team in due diligence processes.

• Attend meetings and assist in the preparation of legal and investment analysis.

• Work closely with other departments to understand the legal implications of venture capital operations.

Duration:

The internship duration will be 3 to 6 months, starting from the date of joining.
