About the Internship:

Manish Choudhary and Associates is inviting applications for a full-time legal internship for the month of January 2025 at its office in Dwarka Sector-7, New Delhi. This internship is designed to provide law students with practical exposure to legal processes, including research, drafting, court proceedings, and client interaction.


Eligibility:

  • Applicants must be currently pursuing an LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course).

  • Candidates should possess strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.

  • Excellent communication skills are essential.

  • Applicants must be capable of working independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with legal software and tools will be an added advantage.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research and analyzing case laws.

  • Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents.

  • Supporting the team in court proceedings and filings.

  • Participating in client meetings and communication.

  • Providing assistance in various case-related tasks as required.

Duration:

  • The internship will last for one month, from January 1 to January 31, 2025.

  • It is a full-time opportunity, requiring six working days per week.


Salary/Stipend:
