About the Internship

MB Jain & Partners is offering an exciting internship opportunity for law students to gain practical exposure to corporate legal practices. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in critical areas of law, making it an ideal choice for students eager to build a strong foundation in IPR, Company Law, and Arbitration.


Eligibility

- Open to law students currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LLB program.

- Candidates must be based in Mumbai, preferably along the Western Line due to the office's location in Goregaon.

- A minimum commitment of 3 months is mandatory. Short-term applicants will not be considered.


Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research on IPR, Company Law, and Arbitration matters.

- Draft and review legal documents, notices, and contracts.

- Assist in case preparation and client communications.

- Provide support to senior associates and partners in ongoing cases and day-to-day tasks.


Duration

The internship will commence in December 2024 and requires a minimum 3-month commitment.


Salary/Stipend

The stipend, if any, will be discussed during the interview process.


Location

The office is located in Goregaon, Mumbai. Candidates residing along the Western Line will be given preference.
