About the Internship:

PPL is seeking a highly motivated Legal Intern to join its legal team based in Mumbai. This internship offers a unique opportunity for law students or recent law graduates to gain hands-on experience in intellectual property law, litigation, and contract drafting. The selected candidate will be working closely with experienced legal professionals, contributing to various ongoing legal matters, and supporting the company's litigation efforts.


Eligibility:

- Law graduates or law students who have appeared for their final semester exams.

- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist with legal research on various matters related to intellectual property and copyright laws.

- Draft and review agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.

- Support ongoing litigation efforts and collaborate with the legal team on case preparations.

- Work on multiple legal projects and contribute to ensuring compliance with legal frameworks.

- Provide support in preparing legal opinions and memos as required.


Duration:

The duration of the internship will be discussed during the interview process and is open for immediate joining.
