About the Internship:

This internship offers law students and fresh graduates the opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals and gain hands-on experience in corporate law. Interns will contribute to essential legal functions, including contract drafting, compliance, legal research, and documentation management, while enhancing their understanding of the intersection of law and business operations.



Eligibility:

- Law students (pursuing LLB) or fresh graduates with a strong interest in corporate law.

- Excellent research and analytical skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.

- Familiarity with contract law and data privacy regulations is a plus but not mandatory.



Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and contracts.

- Support compliance initiatives, particularly in data privacy law.

- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various topics.

- Organize and manage legal documentation for efficient access and compliance.

- Collaborate with the legal team on ongoing projects and initiatives.

Registered office in Andheri, Mumbai

As per industry standards
