About the Internship:

Shandilya Law Offices is seeking legal interns for a duration of 1 to 3 months, starting from August 2024. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals on various types of cases, providing hands-on experience in a real legal setting. Successful interns may be offered a recruitment opportunity based on their performance.

Eligibility:

  • Final year law students.

  • Strong drafting skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Strong command of English and Hindi.

  • Excellent research skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good understanding of groundwork.

  • Enthusiasm for working on new types of cases.

  • Punctuality and sincerity are highly valued.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in drafting legal documents and pleadings.

  • Conducting legal research and analysis.

  • Visiting courts and participating in arguments.

  • Collaborating with senior associates on various cases.

  • Handling tasks related to Writ Petitions, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Arbitration, and more.

  • Providing support in Consumer Affairs, Intellectual Property Rights, N.I. Act, Prevention of Corruption cases, Family Law, and Cyber Law.

Duration:

  • 1 to 3 months (Starting from August 2024).
