About the Internship

The Chambers of Advocate Rahul Malhotra is inviting applications for a Long-term Assessment Internship Opportunity for the Batch of 2025. This internship provides hands-on experience in legal drafting, case research, court appearances, and assisting senior advocates. Selected interns will gain exposure to diverse legal matters, including civil disputes, commercial disputes, arbitration, mediation, service matters, and intellectual property law.

Advocate Rahul Malhotra is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre (Batch 2013) and is known for his high ethical standards, quality work, and transparency. His office, based in Lajpat Nagar-III, New Delhi, is dedicated to training aspiring lawyers with a strong passion for the legal profession.

Eligibility

Law students from the Batch of 2025 (preferably in their final year).
Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
Punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
Assist in drafting petitions, applications, and legal opinions.
Brief and coordinate with senior advocates.
Attend court proceedings and assist in case preparation.
Handle case files, documentation, and other legal tasks as required.

Duration

4 to 6 months (starting from 10th February 2025).
