About the Internship:

Jain & Partners is offering an exciting offline internship opportunity for law students interested in Intellectual Property Rights, with a primary focus on Trademark Law. This hands-on internship will involve working closely with the firm’s IPR team, providing exposure to real-world trademark-related legal matters. Interns will be expected to engage in meaningful legal work, contribute to the team, and gain valuable experience in the field of IPR.


Eligibility:

- Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LLB course.

- Students in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LLB course.

- Candidates seeking a minimum internship period longer than one month are preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the filing, prosecution, and enforcement of trademarks.

- Conducting legal research and analysis on various aspects of Intellectual Property Law.

- Drafting and reviewing trademark applications, opposition notices, and responses.

- Supporting the team in handling trademark disputes and litigation matters.

- Engaging in office-based activities including meetings and case discussions.


Duration:

The internship is for a duration longer than one month. Candidates seeking a one-month internship should not apply.
