About the Internship:

Square Yards is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal & Compliance team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field and work closely with experienced legal professionals.

Eligibility:

  • Pursuing or completed an LLB degree.

  • Preferred candidates are based out of Gurugram.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, vet, and redline various legal documents, including lease agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

  • Conduct legal research and provide concise summaries on relevant legal issues.

  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents.

  • Maintain organized records of all legal documents and correspondence.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal department.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of contract law and business laws (Companies Act, NIA, and Arbitration laws).

  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

Duration:

3 months

Stipend:

INR 15,000/- per month

Location:

Gurugram
