About the Job:

ANM Global is seeking a motivated and talented Associate to join its Delhi office. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse legal matters and grow in a dynamic environment.


Eligibility:

- Candidates with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, litigation chambers, or similar environments.

- LLB or LLM degree from a reputable law school.

- Demonstrated interest and knowledge in Intellectual Property, Entertainment & Media Laws, and Commercial Laws.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on legislative developments.

- Draft, review, and refine a variety of legal documents, including agreements, pleadings, and opinions.

- Assist in case file management and preparation for hearings and negotiations.

- Collaborate with senior attorneys to deliver strategic legal solutions to clients.


Duration:

This is a full-time position.
