About the Job:

The firm is seeking a motivated and diligent Associate with 1-2 years of litigation experience to join their team. The position offers the opportunity to work on diverse cases and develop expertise in multiple areas of law while assisting with legal proceedings in various courts and tribunals.


Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s degree in law with 1-2 years of litigation experience.

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

- Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

- Strong research skills and a keen interest in extensive reading.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Draft and file legal documents for cases in various courts and tribunals.

- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy.

- Represent clients in court appearances, preparing and delivering arguments effectively.

- Maintain meticulous records and handle case briefs for efficient management of ongoing cases.


Duration:

The position includes a 2-month probation period, with a review following successful completion.


Salary:

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and is based on industry standards and the candidate's experience.
