About the Job:

Trademo is seeking a Legal & Compliance Associate with 1-2 years of experience in a corporate legal environment. The role focuses on commercial contracts, corporate law, and compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Eligibility:

- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate legal setting with a focus on commercial contracts, B2B transactions, and corporate law.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in advising on legal issues, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, SaaS agreements, and vendor contracts.

- Advise internal teams on legal matters related to corporate governance, intellectual property, data protection, and risk management.

- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation, coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary.


Duration:

This is a full-time position.
