About the Job:

Shandilya Law Offices is seeking a Junior Law Associate/Trainee Associate to join their dynamic team at I.P. Extension, New Delhi. This role provides an excellent opportunity for legal professionals with 1-3 years of experience to contribute to high-profile cases and gain hands-on experience in drafting, client counseling, research, and courtroom advocacy.


Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law.

- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience.

- Proficiency in drafting legal documents.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong command of English and Hindi languages.

- Outstanding research abilities.

- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

- Strong presentation skills in court.

- Prior legal internship or work experience is preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drafting and reviewing legal documents with accuracy.

- Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis.

- Presenting arguments effectively in court.

- Managing and tackling new types of cases.

- Counseling clients and addressing their legal concerns.

- Ensuring compliance with the latest legal standards and practices.


Duration:
