About the Role

Lawgical Associates is seeking Trainee Associates with up to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in areas like social justice and labor law, as well as those committed to legal research and compliance. As a Trainee Associate, you will gain practical exposure to complex cases and collaborate closely with experienced legal professionals.


Eligibility

- Law graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of PQE

- Strong interest in legal issues related to crimes against women and children, sexual harassment, labor laws, and DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)

- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team


Roles and Responsibilities

- Conducting thorough legal research on relevant topics and cases

- Drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents and documentation

- Assisting with case support and analysis

- Engaging in collateral creation to support casework

- Ensuring legal compliance and staying updated on relevant laws


Duration

The role is a full-time position with growth opportunities based on performance.
