DELHI HIGH COURT REJECTS THE PLEA FOR THE VIRTUAL COURTS PROCEEDINGS.

Recently the Delhi High Court decided and dismissed the plea seeking the directions to take away the sufficient steps which was used to adopt the virtual court proceedings through the video Conferencing as the norms therefore the counsels litigations, parties and courts must be at the liberty to the proceeding in any of the matters through the virtual courts and if possible the physical appearance which is not really necessary till now as it was stated in the plea.



The Offence against the women- thus, the Court on the denying the bail to the Clubhouse case accused.

Recently on the Tuesday the Mumbai Court rejected the bail of the 19 years old Akash Suyal who was accused in the Clubhouse app case who was saying that the offence which was committed against all the women. Thus, he was arrested for passing of the offensive comments on the women who were on the Club House app. There the court mentioned that if the accused will grant bail while the investigation is going on it then it will create the hurdles in the investigation thus, it was the reason of the rejection of the bail of Akash Suyal.
