About the Job:

Gaur Legum is looking to hire two Legal Associates with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both civil and criminal litigation, with regular exposure to court proceedings and case preparation.

Eligibility:

- LLB with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

- Strong research and drafting skills.

- Ability to appear in court and assist in litigation proceedings.

- Familiarity with civil and criminal law procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and other relevant documents.

- Make court appearances across District Courts, the Delhi High Court, and tribunals.

- Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support ongoing cases.

- Prepare case briefs and assist senior counsel with case strategy.

Duration:

- Full-time position.
