About the Job:

Cogneesol is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associates to assist in a range of legal services. Fresh graduates with a passion for law are welcome to apply, and those with up to one year of experience will also be considered. The role offers flexibility with both day and night shifts available, providing an excellent opportunity to grow within the legal field.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

- Strong drafting skills and ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal documentation software

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. *Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents*: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

2. *Contract Management*: Support the legal team in managing contracts, including reviewing terms, tracking key dates, and maintaining a contracts database.

3. *Documentation Management*: Organize and maintain legal documents and databases for efficient retrieval and reference.

4. *Legal Support*: Provide administrative and logistical support to the Legal Department, ensuring smooth operations.

5. *Communication*: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to understand legal needs and provide timely assistance and guidance.

6. *Professional Development*: Stay updated on legal trends and participate in training sessions to enhance legal knowledge and skills.

Duration:

Full-time position with flexible shift timings (day and night shifts available).
