About the Job:

Zen Legal is looking for a dedicated and passionate Associate (Litigation) with 0-1 year of experience to join their team immediately. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, and candidates must be located in Mumbai to be considered. The role involves assisting in civil and criminal litigation matters before various courts and tribunals in the city.


Eligibility:

- 0-1 year of experience in litigation.

- Must be based in Mumbai. Applications from outside Mumbai will not be considered.

- Strong interest in civil and criminal litigation.

- Enrollment with the Bar Council.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in handling litigation matters across various forums, including the High Court, City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, DRT, NCLT, and Metropolitan Courts in Mumbai.

- Represent clients and appear before the aforementioned courts and tribunals in Mumbai.

- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and briefs.

- Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.

- Liaise with clients and counsel regarding litigation matters.


Duration:

Full-time, with immediate joining.
