About the Job:

NP Singh Law Office is looking to hire a Junior Lawyer with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in litigation or corporate law, along with excellent research and drafting skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by assisting senior lawyers and working on a variety of legal matters, including attending court hearings and client meetings.


Eligibility:

- LLB degree from a recognized university.

- 1-3 years of experience in litigation or corporate law.

- Strong legal research and drafting skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work both independently and within a team.

- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Mohali, Punjab.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist senior lawyers in preparing case files and legal documents.

- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and proceedings.

- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and briefs.

- Attend court hearings, trials, and client meetings.

- Manage and maintain case records and ensure timely follow-up on legal matters.


Duration:

This is a full-time position, requiring 5 days of on-site work per week at the Mohali office.
