About the Internship/Job:

VERTICO BPO & LPO Services is hiring for immediate positions of Legal Associates and Legal Interns, with a focus on candidates who can join by the week commencing 23rd September 2024. These roles are full-time and work from the office, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal industry. The recruitment process is streamlined, with interviews and offers completed in a single day.

Eligibility:

For Legal Associates:

- LLB/LLM degree.

- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a legal setting.

For Legal Interns:

- LLB/LLM degree.

- 1 to 6 months of internship experience in the legal field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Legal Associates:

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.

- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

- Collaborate with clients to provide legal advice and solutions.

- Assist in legal proceedings and maintain case files.

- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and policies.

Legal Interns:

- Assist the legal team with research, document drafting, and case preparations.

- Support with administrative tasks related to ongoing legal matters.

- Attend client meetings and take notes.

- Assist in preparing reports and legal summaries.

Duration:

Full-time, permanent roles with an immediate start.
