About the Job:
The firm is seeking to hire a *Legal Associate* with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The role offers a diverse experience in legal practice, including drafting, filing, and representing clients in multiple courts and tribunals. The Legal Associate will be responsible for handling cases in forums such as the High Court, CAT, CGIT, DRT, NCDRC, State Commission & District Consumer Forums, and Delhi and Gurgaon District Courts.
Eligibility:
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Prior experience in drafting and filing in Delhi Courts is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Service, Labour, Consumer, Education, Civil Litigation, and Corporate Consulting is preferred.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents, petitions, and pleadings for filing in various courts.
- Appearing before courts and tribunals such as the High Court, CAT, CGIT, DRT, NCDRC, and Consumer Forums.
- Handling cases in Delhi District Courts and Gurgaon District Court.
- Conducting legal research and providing legal opinions.
- Attending client meetings and preparing case strategies.
- Coordinating with senior counsel and preparing case briefs.
Duration:
The position offers long-term employment, with a mandatory *6-month probation period* with a fixed salary.
