About the Job:

The Legal Associate will play a key role in assisting the firm's legal team in managing cases, drafting documents, and conducting research. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about working in a dynamic legal environment, particularly in the areas of Land Acquisition and FSS Act litigation.

Eligibility:

- Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.

- Must be registered with the Bar Council.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and evolving legal environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation.

- Draft, review, and refine legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.

- Assist in client meetings, depositions, and court proceedings.

- Maintain organized case files and other relevant documentation.

- Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies.

- Stay informed about legal developments, particularly related to Land Acquisition and FSS Act cases.

Duration:

Full-time position.
