About the Job:

KARM Legal is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Associate to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background and a passion for working with emerging technologies. This role offers the opportunity to tackle complex legal challenges, work on high-profile transactions, and contribute to innovative legal frameworks in a fast-paced environment.


Eligibility:

- Accredited law degree.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or legal practice.

- Strong legal knowledge with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

- Strong interest in the fields of Virtual Assets and legal technology.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues.

- Draft and summarize intricate legal documents, including contracts.

- Manage both electronic and physical discovery processes with precision.

- Collaborate on high-profile transactions under the guidance of Senior Associates and Partners.

- Participate in deal management, including drafting, negotiation, due diligence, and closings.

- Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring high satisfaction.

- Contribute to thought leadership by developing articles, newsletters, social media content, and reports.

- Mentor interns, helping to foster the next generation of legal innovators.


Duration:

Full-time, ongoing position.
