About the Job:

Zebronics is seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Executive or Senior Legal Executive to join their in-house legal team. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice on corporate matters, managing compliance, and supporting various business functions through legal guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and contracts, with experience in managing litigation and dispute resolution.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a reputable institution.

- 1-5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in an in-house legal role.

- Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws, contracts, arbitration, and labour laws.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice on corporate law, compliance, and regulatory matters.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal notices, NDAs, and other legal documents.

- Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to support business operations.

Duration:

Full-time, permanent position.
