About the Job:

Adel Legal is currently looking to hire an Advocate for the position of Litigation Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide array of litigation matters, including civil, commercial, and criminal cases. The selected candidate will be involved in drafting legal documents, handling client communications, conducting legal research, and making court appearances.


Eligibility:

- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India

- Law Graduate with Post Qualification Experience (PQE) of 0-1 years

- Experience practicing before courts in Delhi


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handling litigation matters including white-collar crimes, commercial disputes, and matrimonial issues

- Drafting legal documents and pleadings

- Managing client interactions and communications

- Conducting legal research

- Attending court hearings related to civil, commercial, and criminal litigation


Duration:

This is a full-time position with no specified end date.
