About the Job:

Vahura is seeking a dynamic and motivated Legal Recruitment Consultant to join its Bangalore team. The role involves working closely with law firms and legal professionals, facilitating placements and building strong professional relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for law graduates who possess strong communication skills and have an interest in the legal industry beyond traditional practice.


Eligibility:

- 0-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in law.

- Law graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or the legal industry is a plus but not mandatory.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing market trends.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Connect top legal talent with leading law firms, ensuring the right match for both candidates and clients.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with legal professionals and law firms.

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates for various roles.

- Stay updated on legal industry trends, market movements, and recruitment best practices.

- Assist in the negotiation of offers and closing of placements.

- Support business development initiatives to expand Vahura’s network within the legal community.


Duration:

This is a full-time position.


Location:

Bangalore, India.


Salary/Stipend:
