About the Position:

Integreon is looking to hire a Temporary Associate to join its team in Mumbai. This position focuses on performing first-level abstraction and quality control of contracts and related documents as per project guidelines and client feedback. This opportunity is ideal for recent law graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in data abstraction, legal database management, and contract review.


Eligibility:

- Candidates must have graduated with a degree in law, either at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

- Candidates should possess 0-6 months of relevant experience in areas such as data abstraction, contract administration, drafting, legal database management, and reporting.

- Candidates must reside within the specified hiring boundaries along Mumbai’s Western, Central, and Harbour lines:

- Western Line: Churchgate to Virar

- Central Line: CST to Thane

- Harbour Line: Byculla to Mankhurd


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform first-level abstraction and quality checks on contracts and related documents.

- Review documents in alignment with project guidelines and adapt based on client feedback.

- Manage legal databases, contribute to contract administration, and generate management reports as required.


Duration:

The role is a temporary engagement scheduled from Monday, 4th November 2024, to Friday, 8th November 2024, with working hours from 11 am to 1 pm.


Location:

Mumbai, with specific hiring boundaries based on the city’s rail network (see eligibility section).


Compensation:
