About the Job:

Areness is looking to expand its team in the following practice areas: General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity (PE), Capital Markets, Intellectual Property (IP), Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Banking & Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Company Secretary, Taxation, Real Estate, and Litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity for talented professionals to join a rapidly growing law firm and contribute to a wide range of legal and business advisory services.

Eligibility:

- Candidates must have relevant qualifications in law, company secretary, or finance, depending on the specific practice area.

- For legal roles, a degree in law and enrollment with the relevant Bar Council is required.

- Previous experience in the relevant field is preferred but not mandatory for all roles.

- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills are essential.

- The candidate must be a team player with a high level of professional ethics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle various legal matters related to the specific practice area, including client advisory, drafting, negotiations, and representation in relevant forums.

- Conduct legal research and analysis.

- Provide strategic business advisory services.

- Assist in the establishment of new businesses, ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Liaise with clients, senior associates, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

Duration:
