About the Job:

Evara Legal is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join their team in New Delhi. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for litigation who are looking to expand their knowledge and skills in a professional setting. Eligibility:

- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree

- 0-4 years of experience in litigation

- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills

- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing a fast-paced work environment

- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of litigation


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research on corporate and civil laws

- Drafting and preparing court documents

- Representing clients in various court proceedings

- Collaborating with partners and providing high-quality legal assistance to clients

- Ensuring effective, timely legal representation and case management

On-Site, New Delhi


Duration:

Full-time, Permanent
