About the Internship/Job:
This is a paid internship opportunity designed for passionate and committed law students eager to gain hands-on experience in the ever-evolving field of Intellectual Property Rights. Eligibility:
Currently pursuing a degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).
Strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights.
Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Willingness to commit to a minimum 6-month internship period.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and filing IPR-related documents.
Conduct legal research on trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other IP matters.
Support litigation and opposition proceedings.
Engage in client communication and advisory support.
Stay updated with the latest IPR laws, precedents, and trends.
Duration:
Minimum 6 months.
