About the Internship:

MUDGAL ADVOCATES is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented law student for a long-term internship. The intern will have the opportunity to engage in real-world legal tasks, such as conducting legal research, assisting with drafting legal documents, managing case files, and attending court proceedings. The role is designed for a dedicated student who can balance college responsibilities with practical legal training.


Eligibility:

- Currently pursuing LLB (Second or Final Year).

- Strong research and analytical skills.

- Basic knowledge of legal drafting.

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

- Must own a laptop for work.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on various legal issues.

- Assist with file management and documentation.

- Draft legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, and notices.

- Attend court proceedings at the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various tribunals.

Duration:

3-6 months, with flexible timing allowing the intern to attend college and work after hours.
