About the Internship/Job:
Vahura is inviting applications for the position of Recruitment Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in legal recruitment, non-IT recruitment, or executive search within staffing and recruitment organizations. As a Recruitment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our esteemed clients. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, providing valuable exposure to the intricacies of legal and corporate recruitment.
Eligibility:
1-2 years of experience in legal recruitment, non-IT recruitment, or executive search in staffing and recruitment organizations.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for client organizations.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Assist in the negotiation and closing of offers.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
