On-Site Legal Internship at Maximus Legal®

About the Internship:

Maximus Legal® is inviting applications for its on-site internship program for the months of October and November. The internship offers law students the opportunity to work from the office premises in Greater Kailash - 1, New Delhi. Interns will gain valuable exposure to the firm’s core practice areas and receive practical training under experienced legal professionals.


Eligibility:

- Students in their third year or above of a 5-year law program.

- Students in their second year or above of a 3-year law program.

- Candidates should have a keen interest in litigation and corporate law.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to the firm's practice areas.

- Assist in drafting legal documents, agreements, and case briefs.

- Attend court proceedings and meetings with clients, as required.

- Support in the preparation of case files and legal strategies.

- Work closely with senior associates and partners on ongoing cases.


Duration:

- The internship is available for the months of October and November, with interns required to work from the office premises.
