About the Job:

The Operations Executive will be instrumental in managing and executing projects efficiently. This remote role requires the candidate to coordinate across various teams, including tech, design, production, and clients, to ensure that all projects run smoothly from start to finish. The Operations Executive will be responsible for tracking progress, addressing queries, and implementing dashboards to monitor project timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs). A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and stakeholder management is essential for success in this role.


Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

- A collaborative approach and a problem-solving mindset.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (tech, design, production) and external clients to ensure project objectives are met and updates are communicated clearly.

- Manage the end-to-end project execution process, from initiation to completion, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are achieved within specified timelines.

- Gather inputs from various stakeholders, address concerns, and resolve any issues that arise to facilitate smooth project progress.

- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide insights into project status, timelines, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring transparency for all involved teams.

- Serve as a problem-solver and central point of contact for project-related queries.
