The firm provides advisory services to leading real estate entities, developers, and construction companies, focusing on due diligence, property transactions, and compliance.


About the Internship:

HKJ & Associates invites applications for a one-month paid internship at their Mayur Vihar, Delhi office in December 2024. The internship offers hands-on experience in real estate law, corporate legal practices, and litigation support, providing an excellent opportunity for law students to gain practical exposure.


Eligibility:

- Law students currently in the 4th or 5th year of a B.A. LL.B. program or the 2nd or 3rd year of an LL.B. program.

- Applicants should be based in the NCR region.

- Knowledge of property law, basic drafting, and due diligence is required.

- Prior internship experience in real estate or corporate law will be preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting property due diligence, including title searches and property evaluation.

- Drafting and conveyancing of legal documents such as sale deeds and lease agreements.

- Assisting with litigation support in civil, criminal, and commercial cases.


Duration:

The internship will be for one month, starting on December 2, 2024.
