About the Internship

This one-month paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various facets of legal practice. Interns will work closely with experienced attorneys and get hands-on exposure in:

- Drafting and conveyancing, including documents like sale deeds and lease agreements.

- Property due diligence and title searches for properties across India.

- Legal compliance and registration processes, including statutory approvals and project sanctions.

- Litigation support in civil, criminal, and commercial matters.


Eligibility

- Law students in their 4th or 5th year of the B.A. LL.B. program or 2nd or 3rd year of the LL.B. program.

- Must reside in the NCR region.

- Proficiency in property law, basic drafting, and due diligence.

- Prior internship experience in real estate or corporate law is preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct property title investigations and due diligence processes.

- Draft legal documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, and other conveyancing instruments.

- Assist in ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements.

- Support the litigation team in preparing cases for civil, criminal, and commercial matters.

- Collaborate with the team on registration and documentation processes.


Duration

One month, starting January 2, 2025.
