Located in Versova, Mumbai, the company provides a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working closely with a wide array of clients in the entertainment industry. TM Ventures is now looking for a dedicated legal intern to join their team and contribute to their growing operations.


About the Internship:

This paid internship offers a unique opportunity for 5th-year or final-year law students to gain hands-on legal experience in a vibrant, collaborative setting. The selected intern will have the chance to work on intellectual property laws, particularly copyright issues, and other compliance-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity to apply legal skills in a practical setting and work alongside professionals in the field.


Eligibility:

- Currently enrolled as a 5th-year or final-year law student

- Strong analytical and research skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Keen interest in Intellectual Property (IP) Laws, especially Copyright

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on various legal issues related to intellectual property and compliance

- Assist in drafting legal documents, agreements, and contracts

- Support the legal team in preparing and reviewing case files

- Collaborate with the team to ensure legal compliance and regulatory adherence

- Participate in meetings and provide legal insights on ongoing projects


Duration:

- 2 months

- Office Timings: 11 AM to 7 PM
