About the Internship:

The Chambers of Abhinav Mishra is offering a comprehensive paid internship opportunity for the months of December 2024, January 2025, and February 2025. This program is designed to give law students hands-on exposure to the legal field, covering key aspects such as legal drafting, attending court and tribunal proceedings, participating in client meetings, and contributing to dispute resolution.


Eligibility:

- Penultimate and final-year law students from law schools recognized by the Bar Council of India.

- Candidates pursuing an LLM are also eligible to apply.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Engage in drafting legal documents and preparing briefs.

- Attend court and tribunal hearings across India to gain exposure to real-time litigation.

- Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions on complex legal issues.

- Assist in the resolution of high-profile disputes across a variety of legal fields, including Arbitration, Intellectual Property, Environmental Law, Debt Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, and more.


Duration:

The internship is available for one-month slots in December 2024, January 2025, and February 2025, with an opportunity to extend based on performance.
