About the Internship

Lex Thinkers is offering an internship opportunity for law students interested in gaining hands-on experience in real estate and corporate law. The internship will primarily focus on backend legal work and corporate drafting, offering exposure to the law of Contracts, RERA, and the Negotiable Instruments (NI) Act. This internship is designed to equip students with practical skills in drafting and legal research while providing insight into the operations of corporate legal work.


Eligibility

- Law students with a basic understanding of Contracts, RERA, and the NI Act.

- Applicants must have a keen interest in corporate drafting and legal backend work.

- Students who are eager to learn and enhance their practical legal skills.


Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in the drafting of legal documents and contracts.

- Conduct research on real estate regulations and corporate laws.

- Provide support in compliance-related tasks, particularly related to RERA.

- Handle backend legal work, including preparing legal briefs and reports.

- Engage in general corporate advisory tasks under supervision.


Duration

Minimum 2 months (extendable based on performance).


Location

NX One, Greater Noida West.
