About the Internship/Job:

The Chambers of Mr. Udai Khanna, a distinguished advocate practicing primarily before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and Tribunals, is offering a unique opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in diverse areas of legal practice. This remote internship provides exposure to fields such as Commercial Law, Taxation Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, and other legal domains.

Selected candidates will work closely with Mr. Udai Khanna and his team, gaining practical insights into legal research, drafting, and case analysis, while enhancing their knowledge of court proceedings and case laws.

Eligibility:

To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Law students currently in:

  • The 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law degree, OR

  • The 2nd year or above of a 3-year law degree.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research on various topics across multiple areas of law.

• Draft case briefs, memos, and legal opinions.

• Analyze judgments and assist in preparing case strategies.

• Review legal documents and provide critical feedback.

• Collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines and manage legal documentation efficiently.

Duration:

The internship will begin immediately and will span a period of four weeks.
