About the Internship:

The organization is offering an exciting opportunity for law students and computer science students to join as a Remote Research Intern, specializing in ODR platforms and processes. This role is ideal for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-evolving field that blends legal knowledge with technological innovation. The selected intern will assist in researching various ODR platforms, analyzing existing dispute resolution processes, and contributing to potential improvements in ODR practices.


Eligibility:

- Education: Open to 3rd to 5th-year law students or final-year BSc Computer Science students.

- Skills: Candidates should possess strong research, analytical, and communication skills, with a keen interest in legal technology and dispute resolution processes. Proficiency in using web tools for data analysis and MS Office is essential. A basic understanding of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms and related laws is preferred but not mandatory.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on ODR platforms, technologies, and legal frameworks.

- Analyze existing ODR processes and propose suggestions for improvement or innovation.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other research documentation.

- Collaborate with the team to track trends and developments in the ODR field.

- Support any additional tasks related to research objectives as assigned.


Internship Duration:

The internship will be project-based, continuing until the completion of specified deliverables, which will be clarified during the interview process.


Commitment:

- Estimated time commitment of 3-4 hours per day.


Location:

- This is a remote internship opportunity.


Stipend:

- Rs. 7,500/- per month, with the possibility of an increase based on performance.
