About the Job:

KAnalysis is seeking two driven and experienced Trademark Paralegals to join their expanding team in Sultanpur, New Delhi. This role requires hands-on experience in managing U.S. patent and trademark processes, international filings such as PCT, Hague Convention, and Madrid Protocol, and a talent for client management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills to handle docketing and prosecution efficiently while staying compliant with global IP regulations.

Eligibility:

- Prior experience in handling U.S. patent and trademark applications

- Familiarity with international patent and trademark filings (PCT, Hague, Madrid)

- Proficient in IP docketing and maintaining meticulous records

- Strong command of MS Office

- Good knowledge of patent-related documents, forms, and attorney memos

- Excellent communication skills

- Prior experience with patent filing is preferred

- Experience with both manual and automated docketing software

- Flexibility and adaptability in handling varied IP tasks

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire process of filing, docketing, and prosecuting U.S. patents and trademarks

- Handle international applications, including PCT, Hague Convention, and Madrid Protocol filings

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and updates on IP matters

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring deadlines are met

- Conduct research to stay informed on global IP regulations and ensure compliance

- Manage patent-related correspondence, memos, and assignment presentations

Duration:

This is a full-time position.
