About the Job:

SAI is offering a unique opportunity for motivated legal professionals to join as Young Professionals (Legal). This role will involve providing legal support to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with legal norms within the organization. Selected candidates will contribute to various legal aspects of sports and administrative matters, while working in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Eligibility:

- Law degree from a recognized university.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant legal experience, preferably in drafting, legal opinions, and court appearances.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, and MoUs.

- Provide legal opinions on issues related to sports and administrative matters.

- Assist and brief panel counsel on a range of legal issues.

- Represent the organization in court proceedings as required.

- Support in managing legal risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Duration:

The contract is for up to 4 years, subject to performance and organizational needs.
